Statement of Heritage Impact

A Statement of Heritage Impact is required by approval authorities such as local councils and other government agencies, to outline and assess the impacts of development on heritage properties. This includes:

• locally listed or State Heritage registered properties; 

• buildings adjacent to heritage listed properties; and,

• buildings within heritage conservations areas (HCA)
